Choke Manifolds
Choke manifolds control produced fluids flow from the well by reducing the flowing pressure and achieving a constant flow rate before the fluid enters surface production facilities.
Solid Choke manifolds are available in:
3 1/16″ nominal (4 -valve type); 10,000 psig MAWP; sour service
3 1/16″ nominal (8 -valves, Double block and bleed); 15,000 psig MAWP
All manifolds are Skid-mounted; equipped with both fixed and adjustable chokes (sizes from 4/64″ up to 128/64″)
Choke manifolds are typically supplied with data headers for fluid sampling; along with associated fittings for flowline instrumentation
All of Solid’s Choke manifolds are rated for sour service
