Solid Separator data management design features produce rapid data acquisition and reporting, providing a complete array of pressure, temperature, flowrate and related operating parameters.
Data Acquisition System: PLC based, Hybrid Analog / Digital Type – SCADA
Well test parameters are continuously recorded and displayed in real time graphics
Records and totalize gas flow rates for both first stage (Gas Rate HP) and second stage separation (Gas Rate LP) using Floboss 107 gas calculator and Daniels orifice meters
Records and totalize liquid flow rates using Coriolis Mass Flow Meters
Very stable in all flow conditions and provides continuous output for extended test periods up to several months if necessary
Includes the emergency shut down system (see the separate data sheet)
Reports are available in real time in excel and pdf format
Well test parameters are reported in standard conditions
Sampling interval for data acquisition is operator selected
